Condos do come with full kitchens. Several of Steamboat's fine restaurants give discounts to all AFTS participants. Group meals prepared by gourmet cook Marjie Smith are also available. They include 7 dinners (3 at Steamboat's restaurants), 6 lunches and 7 breakfasts served on our lovely patio overlooking the beautiful Yampa Valley, all for just an additional $350 per person.

Meals

For those not choosing the group meal plan full kitchens are available in each condo.

Supplies

Participants should bring their own supplies (paints, writing supplies, instruments). AFTS can provide rental instruments and materials at cost if needed.

Travel

Airfare is the responsibility of each participant. Transportation to and from Hayden airport is included in the program cost. Click here for airport information. AFTS can get discounts on airfare and car rentals. Car rentals $175 per week. Call or email to inquire. We will provide travel information by mail, phone or it can be found online.

Deposit

Deposit/Registration fee of $150 is required with registration. Balance due August 1, 2008.

Registration Deadline

The deadline for registration is August 1, 2008. Cancellations after August 8 will be charged a $75 administrative fee.
