Retreat Program Fees for 2009 Session
Condos do come with full kitchens. Several of Steamboat's fine restaurants give discounts to all AFTS participants.

|Hour Classes, which are held on the mornings of August 21st 22nd and 23rd from 8:30 am to 12:30 am, are $25 per hour. Participants may choose to enroll for four to twelve hours of instruction.|

* If traveling alone, AFTS will pair you with a gender/age appropriate roommate.
Participants prepare their meals in their own condos, but may join other AFTS participants at a common dining site in the Storm Meadows Condo Complex, where all reside. From the eating patio all can view the beautiful Yampa Valley.
Participants should bring their own supplies (paints, writing supplies, instruments). AFTS can provide rental instruments and materials at cost if needed.
Airfare is the responsibility of each participant. Transportation to and from Hayden airport is included in the program cost. Click here for airport information. AFTS can get discounts on airfare and car rentals. Car rentals $35 per day. Call or email to inquire. We will provide travel information by mail, phone or it can be found online.
Deposit/Registration fee of $50 is required with registration. Balance due August 1, 2009.
The deadline for registration is August 1, 2009. Cancellations after August 8 will be charged a $25 administrative fee.
Instruction fees are, for a minimum of 6 hours, $150, and up to a maximum of 12 hours of classes for the week, $300
